The definition of sleep apnea

My friend have a little problem when sleep at the night.Difficulty to breath normally and very bad snoring sound.In the rent house,the sound like hunter.Sleep apnea can be defined as a sleep disorder characterized by pauses in breathing during sleep.Some defined sleep apnea as at least 10 second gap or loss of breath while in sleap.
